Doctor of Pharmacy

10 years in biotech, drug development & clinical research

I've been immersed in the world of clinical pharmacology my entire life. My father is a leading figure in the field in Korea, so I grew up absorbing his expertise. This foundational knowledge expanded when I achieved my doctorate, but it wasn't until I began working as a researcher with renal transplant patients—whose medications had to be very delicately balanced—that I learned the importance of looking at medications as one system, specific to each person's body and goals.

A decade in drug development for Eli Lilly and UCB deepened my respect for modern medicine, but also showed me that the patient's best interest isn't always reflected by the prescription pad. I noticed a gap in care—no one was helping patients review their full regimen to make sure it actually worked together. Becoming a mother made that gap impossible to ignore. I know how hard it is to balance medications and supplements—not just for yourself, but for your children, your partner, your parents.

Most people come to me overwhelmed and not feeling their best. My goal is to leave them with a daily routine — the right combination of medications, supplements, and lifestyle choices—that's clear, cohesive, and actually working.
